Micah announced today that they have teamed with The CNA Corporation, (CNAC),
which is one of the winners of the CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
Services) MRAD TOC (Medicare/Medicaid Research and Demonstration Task Order
Contract. |
| This multiple award IDIQ contract has a base period of performance of five (5)
years from the effective date of award with the provision for five (5) one-year
option periods. The minimum amount to be awarded under the term of this
MRAD/TOC, including options, is $10,000.00. The maximum amount that can be
awarded over the term of this MRAD/TOC, including options, is $75 million. The
task orders issued under this MRAD/TOC will be cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF).

| Under this subcontract, Micah will conduct a comprehensive requirements
analysis to determine web presence requirements and capabilities. Once
completed, Micah will consolidate these requirements into a Web Presence
Requirements Document built upon “best practices” in web design and taxonomies
and design an enterprise standard look and feel baseline document depicting the
proposed USACE Intranet web portal. |
| As one of the winners of the MRAD TOC, the team will be required to conduct
general research, analysis, demonstration, evaluation and survey activities
relating to Medicare, Medicaid, and the State Children’s Health Insurance
Program (SCHIP), in addition to other CMS program responsibilities. Individual
projects will be initiated through competition and award of specific task
orders. The use of these MRAD/TOCs is expected to assist CMS in carrying out
its mission by facilitating expeditious initiation of research, analysis,
demonstration, and survey activities. |

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers of Washington, DC – has selected Micah
Systems Technologies, Inc. to establish a more collaborative environment
to assist the Corps as they carry out their initiatives for the Knowledge
Management Environment (KME) Program. |
| The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has undergone a strategic analysis of
its organizational structure and has acquired collaborative Information
Technology tools that will enable the Corps to improve its services to the
Nation and the Armed Forces. These initiatives are embodied in USACE 2012, the
visionary vehicle that spells out new organizational concepts that will be used
to enhance readiness and improve responsiveness to the changing needs of the
American people.

Micah Systems Technologies, Inc., an 8(a), Information Technology company
located in Hyattsville, MD, won two contracts within the Department of Health
and Human Services. At the Administration on Aging (AoA), Micah won a 5 year
$2.9 million contract to provide Information and Referral Services which
includes Information and Referral, Library, and Administrative Support. At the
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Micah won a 3 year $380K
contract to continue performing Technical Support for the CSAMS web-based
application which Micah has maintained for the past few years. |
| Micah’s president, Lloyd Bramble of Mitchellville, MD said, “We are very

Lloyd Bramble of Mitchellville, MD and President of Micah Systems Technologies,
Inc. has appointed Marcia Harris of Lanham, MD, as Vice President of the
company. Micah is an 8(a), Information Technology company located in Silver
Spring, MD. |
| Ms. Harris has been with Micah for over 4 ½ years. She received her BS in
Computer Science from Hampton University. She also received her MS in Computer
Systems Management from the University of Maryland. She has been working in the
computer industry for over 18 years.

| In this new position, Ms. Harris brings new ideas, energy, structure, and
commitment. Ms. Harris played key roles for Micah’s last two major contract
