FEDSIM
The Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) provides support
in a wide range of areas related to the acquisition, management, integration,
and use of information systems and information technology. Currently, FEDSIM
supports over 300 active projects and offers technical expertise to Federal
agencies. FEDSIM performs a unique Government role in identifying common needs
across all Government agencies and developing & awarding contracts in
support of those needs.
FEDSIM uses a variety of contracts including GSA multiple
award indefinite quantity contracts (e.g., Millennia, Millennia Lite, ANSWER),
other Governmentwide Agency Contracts (GWACs), indefinite delivery, indefinite
quantity contracts with small businesses and 8(a) companies, and the GSA
Schedules.
To work with FEDSIM, only an Interagency Agreement (IA)
is needed! An IA establishes the scope for the project, obligates client
funds for FEDSIM services, and defines the terms and conditions under which the
work is to be performed.

CASU
The Cooperative Administrative Support Unit Program (CASU)
Program is an interagency
network
of Federal entrepreneurial organizations that provides the full range of "best
value"
support services
to Federal agencies on a cost reimbursable basis. The CASU Network meets
customer agency needs by providing high quality, low cost services, with quick
turn-around. Through partnering arrangements, the Network is national in
scope and can deliver services to Federal government offices and posts of duty
anywhere in the country.

Credit Card Purchases
The government credit card program authorizes
non-procurement personnel to use a Government credit card to purchase items
such as:

The credit card is issued by name to a Government employee, who is the only one
who can use the card. Individual purchases are limited to $2,500.
